Bougmmaz Ait Ait Ait Bouguammaze or formerly Bouammass literally those in the middle to the situation of the valley in the heart of the mountains of central High Atlas. It is also known as the Happy Valley or the Valley of happy people. It is located on the eastern edge of the province of Azilal at an altitude between 1800 and 2300 m Massif M'goun culminating at 4068 m.
It stretches its greenery trentaines few kilometers and has 27 villages of ancestral architecture of clay and a population of about 20,000 inhabitants.
The valley is dominated by several peaks protruding 3000m. On its side is the Wawgoulzat (3763 m) and Igoudamen (3500m) and the west by the Azourki (3677 m) and Tizal (3100 m)
